Pending BK changes

With the pending changes in BK Law, how will these changes affect persons filing Chapter 13?

Changes to Chapter 13 include elimination of the super-discharge (more debts will remain after completion of plans); and use of IRS expense guidelines rather than actual expenses, so that budgets will not be workable. The bill simply will not work.
