Personal Bankruptcy Student Loan discharge
Need information and/or pro bono referral on the discharge of Student Loans through personal bancruptcy -no regular employment since 1992, last loan 1n 1991 -defaulted 1997 harrassment by collection agencys loan total w/penalty -$32,000 income 1998- less than $5,000 -no assets or property

Since late 1998, student loans can only be discharged upon a finding of undue hardship. We handle these cases (although not generally pro bono). Feel free to contact me.
