My property is in Maryland and my tenant has filed bankruptcy chap 7. I have to go to a Bankruptcy court to get the Automatic Stay lifted. How do I go about doing it? What is the legal procedure?

You need to file a motion for relief from stay. While you could in theory do this without a lawyer, it is typically not very expensive to hire a lawyer for a stay relief motion.
