Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
Want to rent an apartment
I filed bankruptcy in ''2005'' I also have atax lien, that should be off my credit report soon. It's on;ly $31 FY2001..so i paid it, hopfully this will take care of the Lien. However my question is with my bankruptcy and possible lien will I still be able to rent an apartment?

It's up to the individual landlords. They have a right to say no (for that or just about any other reason), and some will while others will not.
