How to reopen withdrawn case or open new case

I filed Ch 13 and after 30 days withdrew voluntarily. I need to know how many days I have to wait before I can file a new casse, or what form(at) to use to file a motion to reopen the past case. Thank you.

If your case was voluntarily dismissed and a motion for relief from stay wasn't filed before the dismissal, you may simply refile the case.
