Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland

Repeat Bankruptcy

If you file chapter 7, how much time must go elapse before you can file again? Also, can you file any other chapter to stop a garnishment in the meantime.

Bankruptcy--Time Frames

You can file Chapter 7 only once every six years. You can file Chapter 13 at any time, and it *will* stop the garnishment.

I practice extensively in this area, and would be happy to help. Please feel free to call me at (301) 570-8976.
