Is my spouse at risk??

If I claim bankruptcy because my personal business is failing is my wife at risk? The house we own is in her name, she also has a truck in her name as well, will that be liquidated because of my debt or bankruptcy. Also, can taxes from 97,98 and 99 be included in the file?

You should speak with a local bankruptcy attorney regarding your wife's property. As to the taxes, generally, taxes can be discharged if they are over three years old. (More information is needed.)
