Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
My tenant filed a bankruptcy chp7. It has been 60 days and she hasn't reject nor assume the lease. She has not pay rent after she filed the bankruptcy. Can you tell me what legal action I need to take 1st?

You need to either move in the bankruptcy court for relief from the automatic stay or, since it has been so long, wait until the discharge is entered and the stay expires, and then file suit in the District Court for possession of the premises (without claiming a money judgment for any pre-petition rent).
