Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
My tenant in Germantown, md filed bankruptcy chp 7. It has been 60 days and she has not reject nor assume the lease. She has not pay the rent since she filed the chp 7. I like to know what is the 1st legal action that I can take. Thank you!

I think you posted this twice. You need to either move in the bankruptcy court for relief from the automatic stay or, since it has been so long, wait until the discharge is entered and the stay expires, and then file suit in the District Court for possession of the premises (without claiming a money judgment for any pre-petition rent).
