Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Accounting - A/R
When one of our customers sells one of their buildings and the ownership changes or they tell us we need to bill the tenant, my office just changes the billing information on the account or manually changes the name on the invoice instead of setting up a new customer account in a/r is this proper? If not, I need hard proof to present to the comptroller
