Auto. Repair
What recourse do I have if a repair shop fails to honor a warrenty/repair agreement. Car was return in Nov. 2002 and no repair has been completed as of April 2003.

Perfect your claim under the warranty (i.e., document your compliance with each and all of your obligations under the warranty).
Then, depending on whether there is an enforceable arbitration clause within the warranty, you may then need to arbitrate or sue for damages under the theory
of a breach of warranty. Other actions may be available to you. Contact an attorney if you need assistance.
