Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland

I brought a car for a dealership 2weeks ago i owe $2000 a day after i realize the cae dont have any heat ok they fixed that problem they put me on dealer tags for 2 days they said if i come back on monday i will get my paper tags so monday came no tags. i asked why they said that the mva wont allow them to print out my tags because i owe the dealer $2000 which is in house financed said i will have 8 months to pay it off.so i called the mva and they called the dealership the lady answer the phone and lied in said they wont a dealership so i filed a complaint online . i finally get my paper tags. a week later my car engine come on my car cuts off i called they they take my for fixing now wont give it back because i owe $2000 which i havent even had the car 30 day and they said if i dont pay $2000 on friday they taking my car and wont refund my $7,900 i paid for the car
