Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
new buisness
I am starting my own business and wonder if it is adviseable to start as a sole propreitor since I am running the buisness by myself at this point and if the buisness takes off then switch to an LLC classification?
Thank You

Re: new buisness
I recommend starting the business in a form of entity most suitable to your business and your needs - and that may not be an LLC. The form of entity could be critical later on when the business takes off (particularly for tax and securities reasons), so it should be planned carefully now.
