Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Business Sale
My husbands' business partner & President of the company, have not paid our share of the funds received from the sale of our company. What recourse do I have to collect what is owed to me and is her failure to pay a criminal offense?

Re: Business Sale
Your husband can bring a lawsuit against the partner for his share of the funds. It is not a criminal matter.
