Car loan assumption
I am selling my car to a friend - he is just goung to take over my payments and i am going to transfer title as soon as i get the last payment from him. Where to find and what form should I use to get this done in the proper way. Thanks

On the back of your MD title is a place where you assign title to another person. Fill it out and sign it and give it to your friend. He then takes the title to MVA and they issue a new title in his name.
