Catering Contract
I was told that I my company would be providing the school lunch program for a private school next year. Two months later, they wanted me to provide a bid for this program which they now say will be awarded to another company. What are my legal rights?

Re: Catering Contract
If you had a written contract that you were in compliance with and the school breached it, you could sue for damages. If there was no such contract, then you probably don't have a case.
