Can I change from a sole propreitorship to an LLC?
I am new to the credit repair business and I dont have any assets or customers yet so I started as a sole propreitorship. Am I able to go up to an LLC once I have established myself with customers?

You can become an LLC at any time. You have to file a charter application with the state and once it's on file, you have to get a tax id# from the IRS.
