over charge

i recently took my 1996 Isuzu rodeo to the mechanic because the back lights were not working. he told me to buy a head light switch which i did. after i picked up the car i noticed that the light don't turn on when i switch on the high beams . he charged me $85 for labor. is there anyway i can sue him for a refund.

If you haven't solved your headlight problem, take care of that first. If it turns out that his diagnosis was wrong and you want to spend half a day in court plus time in preparing the small claims complant and the filing costs over $85, go for it.
