Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
My company is forfeited. We finally payed all taxes we owed. What now?

After paying all back taxes and getting a certificate of clearance from the county, a forfeited company needs to file Articles to Revive or Reinstate the entity (which one depends on whether it was a corporation or LLC). You can file this with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation together with the required filing fee.
You may wish to contact an attorney to get legal assistance with any corporate / entity filing.
Suggest you contact tax attorney and accountant to ensure legal entity status is properly restored and entity is kept in compliance going forward (tax return preparation and filings, business and tax planning, legal contracts for business, proper maintenance of business entity, proper capitalization of the business, strategic plans for the business, etc.).
