Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
no compete order
I have a home improvement buiness in MD where I employee mostly subs. I had each sub sign a no compete order while woeking for my business. One on the subs has violated the order and i would like to know what my options are.

It would be helpful if you provided more detail, but you may have a suit for breach of contract.
