Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Would It the considered UPL if I, as an independent paralegal, offered contract drafting to local Non English speaking Contractors and freelancers? Simple contractor proposals and such. Thank you.

Drafting legal documents, whether "simple" or "complex" is practicing law in this state and requires a law license.
