As a Franchise Attorney I must ask you to repost your attorney question with more detail. When you say the consumer told the manufacturer "he owned company forged paperwork" - what do you mean? Did he say he owned your company? Did he forge paperwork relating to your company? Further detail is appreciated and necessary. Or, consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
