Copies of performance evaluations
If copies of performance evaluations are requested by the employee, does the company have the legal right to refuse to give the employee copies?

There is no law that requires a company to provide evaluations to employees. If you work for a company that has a manual of regulations and employee benefits, it may speak to this question.
