corporation
my question is my dad is the president of his corporation and now he want me to become president and take his place. what steps do we take i mean what paper work do we file thank you

A corporation (as opposed to a company) requires a Board of Directors. All you need is a Board meeting where the director or directors vote to have you elected as president. If the vote is unanimous or if there is only one director, you just need a document signed by all the directors accepting the resolution.
