Correct way to sign as president of a LLC
What is the correct structure of a Limited Liability Company? For instance, President, CEO, Chairman, etc. Is it up to the discretion of the officers of the company? How does the owner of a LLC sign official documentation?

Re: Correct way to sign as president of a LLC
The structure of your LLC should be embodied in your articles of organization. Regarding the title that your chief executive has, either of the traditional titles you mention should be fine, however, if the individual is an executive responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, chief executive officer (CEO)is probably the most appropriate. Your articles of organization should describe the titles of your officers. The suggested way of signing would be the owner's name and the title she carries.
