Credit card info. lost
I bought an engine for a classic car over the phone. I gave them my credit info and they shipped the engine, now they say they have lost the payment info. Who is responsible?

The company is entitled to be paid for the sale and the fact that they lost the credit card info doesn't entitle you to a free engine.
