Email Threats From Boss
Hey is it illegal to threaten someone via email? I have received threats from myclient? I'm upset and worried?

It is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine or up to 1 year in jail to use email to harass someone. This requires the recipient, upon receipt of such an email, to send a reasonable warning or request to stop the harassment. If the behavior continues, the sender is in violation.
