Company is a c-corp, 2 owners 50/50. I have found partner has taken money from company. What should i do?

Do you want to continue the business and force your partner out? Do you want to get out of the business and have the partner buy you out? Do you want him/her to pay the money back and pledge not to do it again, and carry on with the partnership? Once you decide, repost your question with more information, including the details of the embezzlement.
