Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland

my ex-partner of an LLC business left and wants any inventory that was purchased on the business card. The ex-partner received half of the profit when leaving and I have agreed to pay half of the credit card established under the LLC. Can she have the inventory or do I have to pay her in order to keep the inventory purchased uner the LLC?

The terms of the winding down of the LLC should be covered in your Operating Agreement. I would need to see that to answer your question.
