government employee right
I work at USDA. About a week ago i fainted at work and they called an ambulane to tate me to the hospital While at the hospital they took urine for drug tests. Could you tell me if that is standard procture, to take samples without the persons ok.

I'm not sure how they get a urine sample without your cooperation, but obviously a urinalysis may detect the presence of substances that could account for your having fainted.
