Keeping a customer fro patronizing my restaurant
I own a small restaurant. Is there anything illegal about telling one particular customer they are not welcome in my place of business and they are not to patronize my place of business any longer?

As a private business held out for public use you can deny any person access to the premises as long as such denial is not based on race, gender, and other prejudical bases. If you are encountering issue with a particular patron and are frustrated with excluding that individual then contact me to discuss.

No, as long as your actions are not based on the race, sex, disability, etc., of the unwelcome patron.
