i am a landlord and i gave my tenant 90 days notice to move can i evicate her after this time peiord
or do i have to get a court order.

Yes. You should have filed for an eviction proceeding in Maryland District Court. If you don't have an order for eviction then you cannot have the sheriff come evict your tenant.
