legal forms of resignation
I am 1 of 3 owners of a LLC. One of the owners recently submitted a written resignation via e-mail. Is this considered a legal form of correspondence? Or is a signature required? Thanks.

Unless you have a partnership agreement that states otherwise, an e-mail would be considered sufficient notice of a resignation.
