Legal Protection New Business
My client signed the following:
“Each Party agrees not to directly or indirectly contact, deal with transact, or otherwise be involved with any corporation, partnership, proprietorships, trust, individuals, or other entities introduced by either Party without the specific written permission of the introducing Party. e specific written permission of the introducing Party. “
I introduced them to my supplier, now they are going direct to my supplier. Can I sue? Other legal options?

You should have counsel review the document as a whole and the background of the facts and circumstances to see if the covenant is enforceable and if so, a letter to cease and desist followed up with a motion for temporary restraining order as part of the lawsuit should be considered.
