Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I would like to know what I can do legally about a situation that happened to me and my wife this passed weekend. My wife and I booked a hotel room on line through one of the 3rd party web-sites like (expedia.com) we paid this site with one of our major credit cards and received a guarantee confirmation number and all. We drove 120 miles to our destination only to be told once we got there that the hotel was full and there were no rooms available for us to stay. The site that we booked the hotel through and the hotel where we were supposed to stay at could not agree on who was at fault. So what action do we take from here.

Any attorney will say more information is needed, as well as a complete review of all facts, documents signed, etc. You should immediately contact Expedia, let me know what happened and ask for a resolution. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice if necessary..
