listing a vehicle for sale
If both spouse's are on title, can one spouse advertise a vehicle for sale without informing the other? I know both would have to sign over if sale actually went through

Re: listing a vehicle for sale
There is nothing from preventing either owner from trying to sell the vehicle, but it can't be sold without the cooperation of the other owner, since all owners of record must sign over the title.
