Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland

I live in Maryland which is one of the States Requiring Two Party Notification for recording. Today I received a prank call from a website which recorded me with no notification and then posted it online. Is the legal and what legal recourse can be sought?

An attorney will need to look into this matter further, if you are serious about pursuing it. The real question is can you afford to have an attorney look into it? Consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice.
