Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
LLC business
We currantly have an LLC company and a lendor wants to put a judgement against the owners and a lean towards the personal property, Can they do this?

An LLC is used to protect the personal assets of a business owner if a lawsuit is filed against the business. There are, however, a few exceptions which will allow the plaintiff to "pierce the veil" and go after personal assets. Without knowing more about the business and the suit, I cannot answer that question. Feel free to call if you would like to discuss.
