llc law can a husband get separate shares in a business if the wife is the president and gets 51 %

As a Franchise Attorney I can say it all depends on the restrictions, if any, contained in the LLC's operating agreement. Ordinarily, if share interests are available, they can be issued by an LLC, but subject to any restrictions contained in the operating or other agreements.
