Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I make jewelry and have been selling them to family and friends. A partner and I want to make it into a business. I want to ask for advice in terms of incorporating it. Which will be the best form of business, LLC, S Corporation, PC? We will be the owners, the directors and no stock, no shareholder.
