Can a merger agreement be annuled
My company and another company just completed a merger on march 1 2008. My new business partner now would like to back out of the deal. She is looking to annule the meger agreement. We do not have a signed shareholders agreement

Re: Can a merger agreement be annuled
It will depend on the nature of the merger, but generally this would not be possible unilaterally unless the agreement can be voided for fraud or the like. See a lawyer.
