Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I am a minority shareholder in a Maryland S Corp. We do not have any buy sell agreement and I want to sell my share to another shareholder. Do I need to ask permission of the company?

Unless it's prohibited or restricted in the corporate by-laws, you should be able to do this.
