Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
ON October 21st 2008 my motorcycle was stolen from a repair shop. THe owner willnot return my calls to settle this matter with me. Question: Is the owner of the motorcycle repair responsible for my loss ?

Any attorney will say you should have filed (or should file) a police report and a claim with your insurance company. The insurance company will collect from the repair shop. Unless there is a typo (2008), a lot of time has passed and may present statute of limitations issues. Consult with a good attorney in your area for specific advice.
