Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I have problem with my partner. He has changed the lock!
The lease is in my name. I have paid the rent except one month which my so called partner paid. With the lease in my hand what legal rights do I have? Do I have to sue to get in or I can go with a police man and get in? If I sue how soon I could get a repossession of my store?

With the lease in your name you should be able to get a locksmith in there. Or you might consult with the landlord. But that probably won't completely solve your problem. If you and the partner can't resolve your differences, you will have to dissolve the partnership and have a court decide on a distribution of partnership assets.
