Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
purchase of vehicle
my husband and I went to purchase a vehicle, the price on the car was 6999.00 marked down from 8999.00 sticker price. We applied for in-house financing and were told that the price of the car would be the 8999 price and the 6999 price was the cash price. This is not noted on the car- there is no distinction on the cash and finance price.

Re: purchase of vehicle
I suggest you pose your inquiry to the consumer protection division of the MD Attorney General's office. They may advise you that the dealership is not required to offer your financing, and until a contract is signed, they aren't bound by any advertised price.
