Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
I purchased new vehicle few weeks ago in Maryland. Now, the dealer is asking me to add my wife to the loan because I have another car loan under my name and they need to add another person to the loan. Do I have to accept their request and write up a new loan contract? What happens if I say no to their request? Thank you.

Any attorney will ask if the purchase transaction is already complete. If it is, they can't insist on adding your wife. If it isn't, that's a different story. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
