Re: Re-Sale of Modified Name Brand Products
Use of trademarked or patented goods with re-sale is a tricky matter. With clothing, there are limitations set upon re-sale regarding design, service marking, artistic copyright, and other matters. However, given proper disclosure and credit to established legal rights, such a concept can be pursued.

In short, yes. You may be infringing on a patented design which may include texture, material, color, etc.
