How many security office do you have to have at a public event for every 150 patrons in maryland?

The State of Maryland likely doesn't govern something like this. Instead, each County (and perhaps the Baltimore City) likely includes these types issues in its zoning, land use, and permitting ordinances. You can read your local Ordinance by going to www.municode.com and downloading it.
