Service business
After repairing an appliance and the customer does not take delivery of same, how long before the business can dispose of appliance? Can he sell it after notifying the client and after a certain period?

Send a certified letter to the customer giving them 30 days' notice that if they don't come in to pay the bill and pick up the item it will be sold or otherwise disposed of. If you sell it, you should send whatever amount you receive that exceeds your expenses back to the customer.
