Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
My son attended a driving school but course was not completed they had to take him out for driving hours but the business cancelled the appointed via email, there phone is disconnected and the website will not come up what can I do...I replied to the email and got no response

Drivers' schools must be licensed in MD and they must post a surety bond in order to conduct business. Contact the motor vehicle administration, which issues the licenses, to see if you can recover the fees you paid from the bond. It's a relatively small bond, and this company probably victimized many people like yourself, so act quickly.
